We are pleased to accept Most PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) insurances, either directly in-network or through one of our network partners.
These insurances include Delta Dental, ODS/MODA, MetLife, Regence BCBS, Aetna, Dominion, United Healthcare (UHC), Ameritas, Principal, Guardian, and others. If you have any questions about your coverage, please feel free to contact our office, and we will assist you in determining whether we can bill your insurance for in-network services.
Dental insurance typically covers 100% of routine or preventive visits, but may function as a discount plan with varying levels of coverage depending on the care your family requires. While deductibles are generally low, copayments may apply. Our office strives to provide estimates of your out-of-pocket costs; however, these estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to the specifics of your plan. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your coverage.
As a courtesy our practice verifies benefits for our patients. However, due to frequent changes in plans and network participation, we encourage patients to also reach out to their insurance providers to confirm whether they are covered in-network or out-of-network.
We are happy to see all patients with out-of-network benefits; however, please note that patients will be responsible for any portion not covered by their insurance.
